Processing and Delivery Time All orders are carefully processed, securely packaged, and delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking Once your mosaic has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight of your order.

Delays and Exceptions While we strive to ensure every piece arrives within the 5 to 10 working day window, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, courier service disruptions, or customs processing (for international orders). Damaged in Transit We package our marble mosaics with the utmost care to prevent damage. However, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
